With over nine years of experience in education, I have been guiding and mentoring students in management and engineering. Teaching is not just my profession but something I truly enjoy. Over the years, I have seen many students struggle with choosing the right career path. To help them make informed decisions, I became a certified Career Counselor and Analyst. My goal is to support students in finding a path that aligns with their interests, strengths, and future aspirations—ensuring they step into a career by choice, not by chance.

I use both online and offline psychometric assessments, along with personalized one-on-one counseling, to understand each student’s unique skills and aspirations. Through open discussions, I help them gain clarity and confidence in their choices. My students often share that my approach makes career planning easier, stress-free, and empowering.
